Working with eXroid means you will not only get access to our world class innovation, but also the expertise and experience of building a clinical service from ground up and scaling it at pace.
Our team will provide personalised support to both commercial teams as well as the clinical staff and marketing teams in the form of training, online and face to face, marketing assets that can be locally adapted and clinical operations support for patient pathway management.

PRE-LAUNCH: Introductions:
- Multi-disciplinary meeting with attendees from all departments on both sides to understand your business model and how we can support you
- Clinical training requirements agreed and dates booked for observation/training clinic attendance.
Getting set for your first clinic:
We provide you with a full evaluation guide to introduce and clinically assess the eXroid technology system and the benefits for you as a practitioner and for your patients. This includes:
- Asset packs to help design printed and digital materials to market your service
- Treatment FAQs, Detailed treatment information and call scripts for staff training
- Patient pathway design and spec of requirements needed for launch (medical questionnaires, consent etc)
- Training/observation clinic provision
- Patient baseline and outcome evaluation tools
Mobilisation:
- Ongoing support to implement the treatment smoothly and provide you with full support in introducing the service into your clinical practice and to your patients.
- Support to adapt all our materials to your local branding
- Patient pathway set-up and access to training of administration staff and patient service teams
- Website and marketing channel launch support
POST-LAUNCH
- Marketing support and supervision throughout the first 3 months to optimise and improve traffic to website/lead generation, patient pathway and conversion opportunities.
- Support to cover post-launch feedback including reporting on patients seen and success of marketing activities as well as commercial discussions and forecast for next 12 months.
- Monthly marketing content release from eXroid – providing fresh materials that all partners can use and adapt locally to support the acceleration and scaling of service and business
- Annual management review and support

eXroid®: fully regulated and accredited
As a medical device manufacturer, all of our equipment is made and developed in the UK and we are proud to be CE and ISO 13485 accredited by the British Standards Institution BSi.
Our service has been evaluated by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) who have produced two sets of guidelines which accredit the treatment as safe and effective (IPG525 and MIB201). eXroid is a registered and regulated service provider with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as we strive for the highest levels of care and service standards.
The eXroid service is also PCI DSS compliant, giving both financial assurance and security to our patients when they make their payments with us.
